Organisational development
Organisational development consultancy aims to
take an organisation forward creatively, so that new ideas,
approaches and structures can be successfully adopted
and implemented.
It can take many forms, but it is usually important
to work with Boards and/or senior management teams.
It is helpful to address issues about strategic direction,
culture, values, and decision-making processes and communications
since the explicit and implicit messages that management
teams send out can profoundly influence an organisation’s
culture and functioning.
The approach I take, in consultation with the client,
depends on the situation, but can involve diagnostic
discussions, consultations with key individuals and
groups, facilitated meetings, surveys or audits.
